1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using drivingtestquiz.co.uk (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. The Site is operated by TESTBOOK LTD, Company No. 16836503, registered in England and Wales at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

2. Nature of Service

DrivingTestQuiz.co.uk is an educational preparation platform. We provide:

  • A readiness self-assessment quiz
  • Mock theory test questions in the style of the DVSA test
  • Educational articles and guides
  • An instructor matching service

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). We do not book driving or theory tests on your behalf. Only the official government service at gov.uk can do this.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, quiz questions, course materials, and code — is the proprietary property of TESTBOOK LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

4. User Obligations

By using the Site you agree that:

  • All information you submit (forms, enquiries) is truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • You will not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
  • You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement (you are not a minor as defined in your jurisdiction).
  • You will not attempt to interfere with the Site's security, servers, or networks.

5. Educational Disclaimer

Our quiz, mock test questions, and course content are provided for educational and preparation purposes only. While we take care to align our content with the Highway Code and current DVSA standards, we cannot guarantee that questions on this Site will exactly match those on any official test. A high score on our platform does not guarantee a pass on the official theory or practical driving test.

6. Instructor Matching Service

Our "Find an Instructor" service connects learners with independent DVSA Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs). These instructors are not employees or agents of TESTBOOK LTD. We act solely as an introduction service. TESTBOOK LTD accepts no liability for the quality, safety, or outcome of driving lessons arranged through this service. Any contract for lessons is between you and the instructor directly.

7. Courses and Purchases

Courses are made available following direct enquiry and confirmation with our team. Prices are displayed in GBP and are subject to change. We will confirm the agreed price in writing before any purchase is completed. Our refund policy will be set out in the purchase confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TESTBOOK LTD and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or its services. Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times. We may suspend or withdraw the Site without notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by the Site being unavailable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
